The rental price of an exhibition space (floor marking only) is per Square Metre and has been fixed as
below.

New exhibition rates for space only

• Rate for an exhibition space up to 12 sqm: 200 EUR/sqm (price excludes VAT)
• Rate for an exhibition space over 12 sqm: 390 EUR/sqm (price excludes VAT)

A space booth of 12 sqm will be offered to the companies sponsoring a Corporate Education Session and offering lunch boxes to the participant of their Corporate Education Session.

Need a shell scheme structure?

A shell scheme structure may be provided by the conference organisation. In case you wish to order this structure, please
tick the appropriate box on the booth application form.
Additional cost for a standard shell scheme structure (excl VAT): 67.00 EUR per square metre

Standard shell scheme booth consist of a modular construction with:

• minimum size 4.0 x 3.0m = 12 sqm
• white panelling at 2.5m high
• white fascia on each open side 30cm from top section
• inscription on fascia up to 25 letters 10cm deep
• ceiling spotlights 120W each, you will receive 1 per full 3 square metres

If stands require a power socket we can supply a 500W power socket and the cost will amend to 88.00 EUR + VAT per square metre

Deluxe shell scheme consists of a modular construction with:

• minimum size 4.0 x 3.0m = 12 sqm
• white panelling at 2.5m high
• structure fascia to each open side 10cm deep
• inscription on fascia up to 15 letters on each open side
• 1 table 90cm round (beech) and 2 upholstered chairs
• 1 info desk 100cm high and 50cm deep with lockable door to rear
• 1 metre square lockable storeroom
• Ceiling spotlights 120W each, you will receive 1 per full 3 square metres

Price for deluxe shell scheme is 90.00 EUR + VAT per square metre
If stands require a power socket we can supply a 500‐W power socket and the cost will amend to 111.00 EUR + VAT per
square metre

The rental price of a booth space only gives the right to the following services:

• Use of stand during the exhibition and during assembly and dismantling periods
• Information and coordination services during the assembly and dismantling of stands and during the exhibition
• 2 exhibitor badges per 12 square metre, giving access to the exhibition hall
• The insertion of your company full contact details and activities in the final program of the conference
• Care taking of public areas, excluding the stands which are under your responsibility
